This time, I’ll be showing you how to make “Sweet and Spicy Stir-fried Minced Pork with Sesame.” It’s a simple and economical recipe that only requires stir-frying in a frying pan! The sweet and spicy sauce and sesame flavor make this a dish that goes perfectly with rice. It’s easy to use in bento boxes or to prepare in advance, making it perfect for busy days. ■材料（2人分）
・豚こま切れ肉 250g
・醤油小さじ1・大さじ1
・みりん大さじ1/2
・酒大さじ1
・砂糖大さじ1
・酢大さじ1
・いりごま小さじ2
・片栗粉大さじ2
・サラダ油適量

■作り方
1.豚肉に醤油小さじ1と酒を馴染ませ5分おく。
2.醤油・みりん・酢・砂糖を混ぜる。
3.①に片栗粉をまぶす。
4.フライパンに油をひき、豚肉を炒めかるく焼き色をつける。
5.②をまわしかけ、いりごまを加えて炒め完成。

■ingredients
・250g Thinly sliced pork
・1 tsp, 1 tbsp Soy sauce
・1/2 tbsp Mirin
・1 tbsp Sake
・1 tbsp Sugar
・1 tbsp Vinegar
・2 tsp Toasted sesame seeds
・2 tbsp Potato starch
・Vegetable oil

■Instructions
1. Marinate the pork with 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and sake and let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. Mix the soy sauce, mirin, vinegar, and sugar.
3. Coat ① with potato starch.
4. Add oil to a frying pan and fry the pork until lightly browned.
5. Pour ② over the meat, add the toasted sesame seeds, and stir-fry until done.
