This time, I’ll show you how to make gyudon (beef bowl). Enjoy the taste of a restaurant at home! This is a superb gyudon recipe that can be made super tasty with just a little effort. It’s full of flavor and you’ll be satisfied until the last bite! You won’t be able to stop eating rice. It’s so delicious, so please give it a try.

■材料（2人分）
・牛こま切れ肉 250g
・玉ねぎ 1/2個
・生姜 5g
・片栗粉大さじ1
・ご飯適量
・紅生姜適量
・水 250ml
・醤油大さじ2.5
・みりん大さじ2
・酒大さじ2
・砂糖大さじ2
・こんぶだし小さじ1/2
・サラダ油適量

■作り方
1.玉ねぎをスライスし、生姜をみじん切りにする。
2.牛肉全体に片栗粉をまぶす。
3.沸騰したお湯に牛肉を入れ、再沸騰したら取り出し湯切りする。
4.フライパンに油をひき、生姜を入れ香りが立ってきたら、玉ねぎを加えて炒める。
5.牛肉を加え炒め、砂糖、みりん、酒、水を加え沸騰したら1分ほど煮る。
6.こんぶだし、醤油を加え中火〜弱めの中火で5分煮て完成。

■ingredients
・ 250g Thinly sliced beef
・1/2 Onion
・5g Ginger
・1 tbsp Potato starch
・Rice
・Pickled ginger
・250ml Water
・2.5 tbsp Soy sauce
・2 tbsp Mirin
・2 tbsp Sake
・2 tbsp Sugar
・1/2 tsp Kombu dashi
・Vegetable oil

■Instructions
1. Slice the onion and chop the ginger.
2. Coat the beef all over with potato starch.
3. Put the beef in boiling water, bring it back to a boil, then remove and drain.
4. Add oil to a frying pan, add the ginger and when it becomes fragrant, add the onion and stir fry.
5. Add the beef and stir fry, then add the sugar, mirin, sake and water, bring to a boil and simmer for about 1 minute.
6. Add the kelp stock and soy sauce, and simmer over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. It’s done.
